Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
Domestic Shipping (United States): We ship via USPS. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order and location. Estimated delivery times:
- Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
- Express Shipping: 1–3 business days
International Shipping: We ship internationally via USPS and DHL Express. International delivery times vary by destination. Customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes imposed by their country.
Order Tracking: Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.
Lost or Damaged Packages: If your order arrives damaged or goes missing, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
